On Demand Premium Support contract costs $3995 annually and includes 25 hours of T&M professional services, with a 4 hour service level (SLA) and 24×7 email support. Additional hours will be billed at $125 per hour. This contract is available for organizations that require a contracted ad-hock service requirements to compliment their in-house Citrix Admins.
