Small Business Support Contract
This Support contract is designed for small biz who do not have an in-house support person and costs $12,995 annually or $1000 monthly. A 12 month commitment with a $995 retainer cost and includes 100 hours of T&M professional services hours, with a 4 hour Response (SLA) and 24×7 email support. This contract includes issue resolution, design and build services. Additional hours are billed monthly at a rate of $125 per hour.
- Standard support hours are Monday through Friday 8am – 6pm Pacific Times
- 100 hours included with contract (12 months)
- 4 hour service level response
